What is coworking? Its shared office space, but community as well…not just single rooms rented out where no one talks to each other…this is meant for sharing and community and learning.

Management Team
Jun Li is from Bozhou located in China’s Anhui Province. Jun left China for pastures new in 2005 where he met Gareth Jones during their Masters Degree Programme in England, and soon the pair became good friends. After the programme and an extensive backpacking adventure around Europe Jun returned home and set up his technology company in Shenzhen specialising in software development and systems integration.
Jun handles the Chinese business relations of SZTeam and has created a multitude of business development arrangements. Jun has an awesome Jeep Wrangler that is not commonly seen in Shenzhen and has helped trendmendously on Ikea trips. A big tea enthusiast, often you’ll find Jun in the office preparing high-end tea for the lucky people around the vicinity!
Gareth Jones is from the little country of Wales in the United Kingdom and has spent three years in China establishing a partnership with his UK based technology company Titan International and Jun’s Chinese Technology Company World Fame Science & Technology, focusing on the area of energy management and reduction. He is a systems architect and developer in his role outside of SZTeam and likes to pay close attention to detail; subsequently he landed the role of managing the SZTeam operations.
As a result of his China experience he’s a self-confessed Sinophile, speaking and reading a bit of Chinese as well as having a healthy appetite for chickens feet and pigeon soup. When not working in the SZTeam office, you can find him at the gym, reading or dreaming about playing rugby!
Michael Michelini – An American internet marketer having spent his full time efforts in China since end of 2007. He has extensive knowledge in integrating technology and supply chain management. Since earning his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ – he has worked in finance, technology, web design, and built supply chains between international borders. Having grown up in Hartford, CT – he worked at a local machine shop in CAD design, purchasing, and quality assurance positions. He welcomes conversation and enjoys creating efficiency in global markets.
Michael will be responsible for our community building and marketing efforts. When he’s not promoting websites he enjoys blogging, tweeting, and international travel.
