I.Hot Deskers – can work and study in the open plan seating area on a first-come, first serve basis.
24/7 access to the SZTeam facilities such as electricity, internet, water, opportunities to chill out and network in the relaxation area as well as refrigerator and cupboard space for meals.
Member perks such as help with Chinese translation, free access to SZTeam meetings, members only prep-classes, discounts to local shops and businesses.
Cost:
800rmb/month, discount now 500rmb per month, and for 3months payment in advance the price is only 400rmb per month, with 2 hours per month of meeting room time is available.
300rmb/week, discount now 220rmb/week
100rmb/day, discount now 50rmb/day
and 500rmb/15times daily entry within 6 months
II.Fixed Deskers – can work and study at a permanent desk with storage area.
24/7 access to the SZTeam facilities such as electricity, internet, water, opportunities to chill out and network in the relaxation area as well as refrigerator and cupboard space for meals.
Member perks such as help with Chinese translation, free access to SZTeam meetings, members only prep-classes, discounts to local shops and businesses.
Members are required to sign an agreement with szteam.
Cost:
1950 rmb/month, discount now 1800rmb per month, and now we are offering a continuous 6 months’ special of 1650 rmb/month under the condition of either of those commitments listing bellow is made by the lesee:
1) Pay at one time for all of the rents for 6 months;
2) Pay two months’ rents as for deposit and rent for the first month, the lessee would be allowed to pay by month then, but if he/she wants to exit under the time of six months, we have the right to not to return the deposit.
Note: the “six months” here means six months continuously In addition, there will be 6 hours per month of meeting room time available.

IV.Independent Office

Members are required to sign an agreement with szteam.
Cost:
9500rmb pre-month, discount price now is 7900rmb per-month, with capacity of 8 to 10 persons and provided table and chairs, lights, water and air-condition. A deposit for one month’s rent is required.
NB:
For every member’s convenience, we have an 24/7 access control system at the office. Members can only use the access cards that have been registered. Each member is required to pay 50rmb for the card deposit (which is 100% refundable).
Because it is a public place in the People’s Republic of China and for everybody’s financial security, each member is required to either submit his/her passport and visa or email those documents to szteam before getting a registered access card.

Cost: On Working Days 500rmb/hr, though we are currently offering a discounted price of 250rmb/hr for the first month. The room has a capacity of 6 to 8 people with a projector, conference table, chairs, water and air-conditioning. Corporate applicants are required to submit their sealed business licenses or personal passports and visas. An extra charge of 100rmb/h is required on Saturdays, Sundays or other legal holidays in China. We require a deposit of 500rmb per rental period.
Co-working space / Large classroom or training space (Available for working days, weekends and selected weekday evenings)
Cost: 1000rmb/hr, though we are currently offering a discounted price of 600rmb/hr for the first month. Corporate applicants are required to submit their sealed business licenses or personal passports and visas. The room has a capacity of 30 persons a projector, conference table, chairs, water and air-conditioning. We require a deposit of 500rmb per rental period.
VPN
Dedicated VPN service for your office or home with the addition of 8 private VPN accounts.
Cost: 750rmb for one month and now we are offering a discounted price of 700rmb;
1580rmb for three months and and now we are offering a discount price of 1500rmb;
5400rmb for one year and and now we are offering a discounted price of 5200rmb;
An extra charge should be required is 200rmb for the router on each application.
